It is so easy to not workout, any excuse to avoid it, sound familiar? Having a gym buddy waiting for a lift or expecting you to show up makes your ability to skip that workout a lot harder.
When I workout with a friend we challenge and support each other to increase the weight or just do that one more set.
You can have the confidence to try new routines or classes together.
More sessions means quicker results, its as simple as that!
But best of all you get to have fun, we do and what’s not to like about that.
If you are nervous about starting your fitness journey alone, why not invite a friend to start with you.
