Extensive knowledge of Physiology, trained sport therapist to provide a holistic approach and ensure you are training effectively and safely
Adaptable with an individual approach to enable me to tailor your program bespoke to you, whether you prefer to workout one to one, online or in person, with a friend or collectively in one of my group classes
Cancer survivor, understanding the importance that exercise can make to your recovery both whilst having treatment and beyond
